Your Choices for an Office Include:

Approximately 13ft x 10 ft private office comes complete with a large bay window, locking front door, leather executive chair, tall file cabinet and shelf or closet system, large desk with personal return and conversation wing, two guest chairs with black leather seats. Our building offers 10 of these window offices and 4 interior offices.

executive office station

This is a oversize cubical station that is centered in the middle of the office. Stations can be selected that are directly in front of a private office. The station is a 6 ft x 6 ft cube station with magnetic marker boards, shelf space, reclining chair, locking drawers. Our building has 15 of these available.

administrative cubicle

Designed for those individuals who do not need a lot of desk space. This is a oversize cubical station that is centered in the middle of the office. Some Stations can be selected that are directly in front of a private office. They are inexpensive solutions for support staff. The station is a 4 ft x 4 ft cube station with magnetic marker boards, shelf space, reclining chair. We have 15 of these to choose from.

Your Move-in Costs

Your start up costs really depend on the Services you want over and above our All Inclusive suite of services. The basic move costs are a one time charge of $250 for basic setup and administration fees. In addition to this one time charge is a security deposiit equal to one half of a month's rent.

Set Up Costs
Website Setup $250 one time only
Email Setup $100 one time only
Computer Network $100 one time only
Cable TV in Office $250 one time only

Plus a Security Deposit equal to 1/2 Month’s Rent.
