As business owners, we all know we to have access to basic office services such as receptionist, a technical support person, copy machines, faxes and computers and other basic needs. This is a given. However, we’ve taken this idea one step further. Each tenant at Acero House offers a service. By developing relationships with our tenants we can offer you more services at less costs. We are all business professionals. Our idea is to work together to build our business.

We have assembled a few specific services that are accessible to you on contract and confidential basis. As a member of the Acero House family, our tenants have all agreed to work together and offer their services as large discounts to the other tenants in the office.

The concept is simple…. In order to have an office at Acero House, you must be willing to work together in a team environment and be willing to offer your services to the other tenants at a discounted rate.

A Few of our shared services include:

Legal Services Your In-House General Counsel:  We have an onsite attorney that specializes in business contract law.   As a fellow tenant at Acero House, his is ready and willing to operate as your personal in-house General Counsel.  His office is right here and he is ready to meet with you, your clients and represent all of your needs.

account Services Your In-House Bookkeeper:  Have all of your account needs taken care of without hiring a bookkeeper. A part time service is on hand to handle your accounts.  Best of all, they are right here on location and at rates that are less than you would spend to hire an employee to do the work.  They will operate under your company name and work for you just as if they are on the payroll.

technical team Your In-House Technical Team:  Having someone on hand to take care of your software, network and computer services beyond the basic level of support is a real plus. Have all of your IT needs taken care of without the need to hire a systems administrator.  A part time service is on hand to handle your accounts.

graphic design Your In-House Designers:  Talented designers are right here on location and at rates that are less than you would spend to hire an employee to do the work.  They will operate under your company name and work for you just as if they are on the payroll.  Whether you need a new website, logo or just a simple brochure, the solutions are right under your nose.

fund raising Your In-House Fund Raising Service:  Raising money for your business is hard work.  One of our tenants does this task for a living and is ready work for you.  Best of all, they are right here on location and at rates that are less than you would spend to hire an employee to do the work.

printing Services Your In-House Printer:  Although we do not have presses on location, we have managed to attract a print broker who can get anything printed for a fraction of the cost.  They will operate under your company name and work for you just as if they are on the payroll.
